Gestern Abend hat Arte die Dokumentation “Schlank durch Schokolade – Eine Wissenschaftslüge geht um die Welt” von Peter Onneken und Diana Löbl zur gefälschten Schokostudie gezeigt. Der Kernaussage, dass auch auf wissenschaftlichen Studien basierende Ernährungstipps generell wenig brauchbar sind, habe ich ja bei Spektrum schon wohlwollend beigepflichtet.
