Die Teambesprechung effektiv führen
Je größer die Arztpraxis, umso wichtiger wird es, regelmäßig Teambesprechungen durchzuführen. Alle nehmen Informationen zur gleichen Zeit auf, die “stille Post” hat ausgedient. Die regelmäßige Teamsitzung gehört aus diesem Grund zum Qualitätsmanagement. Hier kommt dem Vorgesetzten – sei es Chef, Chefin oder Praxismanager – eine besondere Rolle zu. Neben der Organisation der Teamsitzung sollten auch “atmosphärische Störungen” im Vorfeld registriert und vermerkt werden, damit diese bei der nächsten Besprechung angesprochen werden können. Nur, wenn eine Teambesprechung gekonnt durchgeführt wird, kann sie auch zum Erfolg führen.
