Welch eine Neuigkeit heute Nachmittag als der LIGO-Direktor David Reitze in der Pressekonferenz der amerikanischen National Science Foundation verkündete “We have detected gravitational waves. We did it!”. Dieses Handbuch gibt Antworten auf Fragen rund ums Pferd, inklusive Rechtsfragen und einem neu eingefügten Sachregister über Arzneimittel und Wirkstoffe. In der völlig neu überarbeiteten 3. Auflage wurden zudem neue Erkenntnisse, Ergänzungen und Krankheiten, die bisher nicht beschrieben wurden, aufgenommen. Die Kapitel sind übersichtlich und ausführlich gestaltet.

Mond-Saturn-Konjunktion am 22.2.2014
Das Seeing heute früh war lausig, entsprechend erbärmlich war die Bildausbeute. Ich habe dann irgendwann die Kamera verstaut und nur noch beobachtet, da störte das Gewaber zwar auch noch, ließ sich aber ignorieren. Hier eine schwach bearbeitete Aufnahme – noch eine der besseren, da können Sie sich vorstellen, wie der Rest war.
