IMF — Your Email Address has been selected to receive a compensation payment.
UN Information Service — The United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC) has made available a total of $300,044,579 to some governments for distribution,in a bid to pay all outstanding victims of scams for this fiscal year 2013. The Governing Council met with the Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban ki-moon and held series of meetings. The fund was then made available by adopting a decision early last year (2012) to receive 5% of all export sales of petroleum, petroleum products, and natural gas from 10 countries with a very stable economy for a period of 6 months.
Payment is being made in accordance with the Governing Council’s decision in respect of over 19,740 estimated (reported and unreported) cases across the countries. There are five (5) major categories of claims in which the payments would be made, depending on the category your case falls under. Category “A” (claims of individuals who have been scammed below $25,000), Category “B” (claims of individuals who have been scammed above $25,000 up to $50,000), Category “C” (claims of private legal entities who have been scammed above $50,000 up to $100,000), Category “D” (claims of corporate legal organizations who have been scammed above $100,000 up to $150,000) and Category “E” (claims of public sector enterprises who have been scammed above $150,000 up to $200,000).
