Gefühlt
Ein schlechtes Herzgefühl wäre das. Als ob es gleich aus der Brust falle. So könne er auf keinen Fall die Nacht noch aushalten. Nein, nein keine Schmerzen. Ein schlechtes Herzgefühl! So.
Herr Gisami krümmte sich missmutig vor der Notaufnahme zusammen und zur Vorsicht ließen ihn die Schwestern rein und holten gleich so einen Arzt.
„Hm hm komisch“, sagte ich und versuchte das Chaos zu ordnen. Wir besorgten uns Proben von Herrn Gisamis Blut und testeten auf Hinweise für Lungenembolien, Herzinfarkte oder vielleicht auch einen 08/15 Infekt. Wir machten ein cooles Röntgenbild und selbstverständlich auch ein EKG. An einen Überwachungsmonitor tat ich Herr Gisami um eine mögliche Herzrhythmusstörung sofort erkennen zu können. Ich fragte viele und komplizierte Fragen. Ich klopfte, hörte und zog ausführlich an Herrn Gisami herum.
Einen Ultraschall machte ich.
Herr Gisami schimpfte ununterbrochen, dass Gefühl wäre überhaupt nicht besser und er fühle sich gar nicht gut fühle.
Hm.
Nachdem ich nun aber nichts fand, zog ich nun meinen hocherfreuten Oberarzt dazu. Der Oberarzt machte nochmal einen Ultraschall, fragte Herrn Gisami ein weiteres Mal und ordnete noch mehr Blutwerte an.
Wir beschlossen Herrn Gisami aufzunehmen. Am nächsten Tag würden wir eine Magenspiegelung machen. Mehr Blut abnehmen, vielleicht auch ein CT tun. Ich schrieb einen langen Anweisungsplan für die Station, auf dass auch alles gut klappen würde und außerdem Herr Gisami die Nacht ordentlich überstehen würde.
Dann ging ich hin und sagte: „Wie besprochen nehmen wir sie jetzt auf die Station 12 auf und werden morgen noch mehr Untersuchungen machen. Bis dahin werden wir…“
„Oh“, sagte Herr Gisami, „Ich möchte doch nicht hierbleiben. Ich gehe jetzt heim.“
„Bis vor einer Minute hatten sie noch ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl im Brustkorb?“
„Jaja, das ist immer noch da“, Herr Gisami stand auf und sammelte seine Jacke und Ehefrau ein, „aber ich gehe jetzt heim. Vielleicht komme ich später nochmal.“
In der Tür drehte sich die Ehefrau um und fragte noch beiläufig: „Moment! Was ist eigentlich bei ihren ganzen Untersuchungen herausgekommen?“ Herr Gisami war da schon draußen.
