Im Bärlauch-Rausch
Allen widrigen Wettervorhersagen zum Trotz oder vielleicht gerade deswegen wird vielerorts noch immer fleißig Bärlauch gesammelt. Dieses zarte erste Grün am Waldesboden zieht mit seinem kräftigen Knoblauchduft mehr und mehr Menschen magisch an. Die wilde Knoblauchart eignet sich – bis zu ihrer Blüte geerntet – hervorragend zum Frühjahrsputz für Herz- und Kreislauf. Doch Vorsicht – die Angst vor Verwechslung mit dem giftigen Maiglöckchen ist durchaus berechtigt. Was es zu beachten gilt und noch einiges mehr für einen ungetrübten Genuss.

„Tag ohne Grenzen“: Sport, Spaß und Inklusion
Rollstuhlfahrer und Extremsportler – ein Widerspruch? Absolut nicht! Das zeigt Deutschlands bester Rollstuhlskater David Lebuser am 5. und 6. Juni 2015 auf dem Hamburger Rathausmarkt. Unter dem Motto „Tag ohne Grenzen – Viel Sport! Viel Inklusion! Viel Spaß!“ findet dort eine Großveranstaltung des deutschen Reha- und Behindertensports statt. Mit Sport, Spaß und Informationen wollen die Veranstalter Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung zusammenbringen und dazu beitragen, Berührungsängste abzubauen und Inklusion zu fördern. Ein Highlight der Veranstaltung ist die Etappenankunft der Inklusionsfackel des Netzwerkes Inklusion Deutschland am Freitagabend. Die Fackel besucht zwischen dem 11. April und 11. Juli alle Landeshauptstädte mit Finale in Berlin. Ihre Botschaft lautet: Mehr Akzeptanz und Toleranz gegenüber Vielfalt.
