Laut einem Bericht auf Spiegel Online gab es auf der Interneteite der Barmer Ersatzkasse im Servicebereich bis vor kurzem noch Musterformulare zur Kündigung der Arbeitsverhältnisse Schwangerer und Schwerbehinderter.
Auf Nachfrage von SPON hat die Barmer die entsprechenden Formulare entfernt, immer noch im Angebot sind Vorlagen für Abmahnungen und “reguläre” Kündigungen.
