Arztreport der Barmer/GEK: Deutsche gehen immer häufiger zum Arzt
Am 10.01.2010 wurde die von der Barmer/GEK in Auftrag gegebenen Studie: Arztreport 2010 vorgestellt. Demnach stieg die Zahl der Arztbesuche der Deutschen in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich. Eine der Kernaussagen des Reports lässt sich in dem Satz: "Mehr Patientenkontakte, weniger Zeit zusammenfassen": Statistisch gesehen hatte der Studie zufolge jeder der knapp 150.000 niedergelassenen Ärzte im Schnitt 45 Patienten pro Werktag im Sprechzimmer. Hieraus ergebe sich eine Behandlungszeit von 8 Minuten pro Patient.
"Zwar ist mit Einführung von Abrechnungspauschalen eine direkte Auszählung von ambulanten Arztkontakten nicht mehr möglich – rechnerisch ergeben sich 2008 nur noch 13,5 erfasste Arztkontakte. Doch lässt der Anstieg von Behandlungsrate und Fallzahlen auf einen Anstieg der Arztkontakte schließen. In den Jahren 2006 und 2007 wurden je Behandlungsfall konstant 2,5 Arztkontakte ermittelt. Legt man diesen Faktor und die gestiegenen Fallzahlen zugrunde, so ist von einem leichten Anstieg von 17,7 auf 18,1 Arztkontakte pro Versichertem und Jahr auszugehen." (www.barmer.de)
