Ein Denkfehler wird aus dem Buch „Die Kunst des klaren Denkens“ von Rolf Dobelli entfernt. „Migräne zum Beispiel kann eine Virusinfektion oder einen Hirntumor bedeuten.“ Der Schweizer Autor Rolf Dobelli schrieb diesen Satz vor vier Jahren in seiner F.A.Z.-Kolumne1 und übernahm ihn dann in seinem ersten, aus der Kolumne entstandenen Buch „Die Kunst des klaren Denkens“. Manchmal freue ich mich einfach, was das Internet so an Werkzeugen bereithält. Heute bin ich erstmals über die On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences gestolpert und konnte sie auch gleich gewinnbringend nutzen. Bei dieser Webseite, die ihrerseits auf Bücher des Mathematikers Neil Sloane ab den 1960er Jahren zurückgeht, gibt man die ersten Terme einer Zahlenreihe ein und OEIS sagt einem, welche Systematik hinter der betreffenden Folge stecken könnte. 261 Seiten, 91 Artikel und 173 Erwägungsgründe: Die EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (EU-DSGVO) ist ein Mammutwerk geworden. Das EU-Parlament hat die EU-DSGVO am 14. April 2016 beschlossen, nach einer Übergangszeit von zwei Jahren wird sie in ganz Europa verbindlich sein. Das Ziel: Die EU-DSGVO, die am 25. Mai in Kraft getreten ist, soll zur Vereinheitlichung des europäischen Datenschutzrechtes führen. Das Regelwerk ist deutlich umfangreicher als das deutsche Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – Akteure, die personenbezogene Daten erheben oder verarbeiten, sollten sich vorbereiten.
