Heute hatte ich Gelegenheit bei Apple in München, den diese Woche vorgestellten iMac 27″ und die neue Magic Mouse zu testen.
Der iMac arbeitet mit einem Intel Quad Core Prozessor und kann mit bis 16 GB RAM ausgestattet werden. Das 27″ Display ist brillant. Wir werden bei aycan das Display in Kürze einer Abnahmeprüfung nach DIN 6868-57 für medizinische Bildwiedergabegeräte nach Kategorie B unterziehen. Bei bestandener Abnahmeprüfung ist der neue 27″ iMac mit OsiriX PRO – der CE/FDA gelabelten Version des beliebten OsiriX Viewers – eine DICOM PACS Workstation mit hervorragendem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Und sie sieht auch noch verdammt gut aus.
Die Magic Mouse hat ein geniales Design, liegt gut in der Hand und läßt sich kinderleicht bedienen.

Da möchte man einfach Steve Jobs zitieren: “The only problem with Microsoft is they just have no taste. They have absolutely no taste. And I don’t mean that in a small way, I mean that in a big way, in the sense that they don’t think of original ideas, and they don’t bring much culture into their products.”
Eine wachsende Zahl von Verbrauchern ist offensichtlich bereit, die gesundheitsbezogenen Daten zu ihrem Lebensstil mit ihrer Krankenkasse zu teilen. Sie geben die Daten, die mit Hilfe von Fitness-Armbändern oder Gesundheits-Trackern, sog. Wearables, aufgezeichnet werden, bereitwillig weiter, wenn damit finanzielle Vorteile in Form von Tarifvergünstigungen oder Bonuszahlungen verbunden sind.
Waren es vor einem Jahr noch etwa ein Drittel (YouGov 1/2015), so sind es bei jüngsten Befragungen schon mehr als die Hälfte, die ihre Daten mit ihrer Krankenkasse teilen würden. Insbesondere viele junge GKV-Versicherter (66 Prozent) halten es demnach nicht mehr für zeitgemäß, dass es einen Tarif für alle Versicherten gibt, ohne dabei Unterschiede im individuellen Lebensstil zu berücksichtigen. Sie fordern vielmehr Bonuszahlungen für gesundheitsbewußtes Verhalten, das sich z. B. mit den Daten aus den Gesundheits-Trackern belegen lasse. Der Bumerang, der aufgrund dieser Forderungen in zwanzig oder dreißig Jahren auf sie zukommen könnte, ist offensichtlich noch in weiter Ferne. Dann könnten Fitnesstracker leicht zu unliebsamen, digitalen Fußfesseln mutieren, wenn Bewegungsverhalten durch alters- oder krankheitsbedingte Einschränkungen nicht mehr belohnt, sondern bestraft werden wird.
Im Gegensatz zu früher sind Ärzte heutzutage viel mehr mit Aufgaben konfrontiert, die sehr zeitaufwendig sind. So hat sich eine Arztpraxis zu einem Unternehmen entwickelt, dass Wert auf Wirtschaftlichkeit legen muss. Hier kann die Erstkraft oder ein Praxismanagement dem Arzt Aufgaben abnehmen. Für welchen Mitarbeiter er sich entscheidet, hängt von den Anforderungen ab.
Marketing-Guru und Star-Blogger Seth Godin hat kürzlich ein neues Buch mit dem Titel "What matters now" herausgegeben. Darin vertritt er den sympathischen Standpunkt, dass insbesondere die "Digitale Welt" Menschen für Großzügigkeit belohnt. Geschenke in der Digitalen Welt würden dem Schenkenden fast immer mehr nutzen als dem Beschenkten.
Ganz in diesem Sinne kann man das Buch natürlich auch als .pdf kostenlos downloaden und der Leser wird sogar dazu ermuntert, das eBook weiterzugeben.
